Cancellation & refund policy

You can cancel or change your booking up to 4 hours before your appointment. To do this, WhatsApp +91 8304933568 or call 8304933568 and share your booking code (for example MBZ-0042).
No payment is taken when you book online, so there is nothing to refund. You pay at your visit.
If you can't make it, please tell us as early as you can so we can give the time to someone else.
If Grow Spark Consulting has to cancel your booking, we will tell you as early as possible and offer you another time.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or move you to another time.
Prices shown as "from" are starting prices. The final price may depend on your needs, and we will tell you before we start.
Payments go directly to Grow Spark Consulting. Online payments are made by UPI to Grow Spark Consulting's own UPI account.
Bookings are managed using mbiz.online, a booking service. Your booking is an agreement between you and Grow Spark Consulting.
These terms, and our cancellation policy, apply to every booking made online with Grow Spark Consulting.
Online booking is for routine appointments only. In an emergency, please call emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

When you book, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it) and any note you add.
We use these only to manage your booking: to confirm it, send reminders, contact you about changes and, after your visit, ask for a review.
We do not ask for your medical history online. Please don't put health details in the booking note; you can share them at your appointment.
We don't sell or share your details for marketing. mbiz.online stores your booking on behalf of Grow Spark Consulting, and emails are sent through an email provider for us.
